Access to Tasks
Access to tasks determines which users have the ability to create, edit, and view tasks in the AuditBLOOM system. Proper access configuration ensures effective task management, data protection, and clear distribution of responsibilities among team members.
Who Can Create and Edit Tasks
Tasks can be created and edited by the following users:
- Users with the "Allow Task Creation" role
- Users with the "Administrator" role
- Users with the "Task Management" role
These roles have the necessary access rights to create new tasks and make changes to existing ones.
Who Can View Tasks
The following categories of users can view tasks:
-
Users with the "Task Management", "View All Tasks", or "Administrator" role
- These users have full access to all tasks in the system, regardless of their assignment or status.
-
Users assigned to the task
-
Task executor
-
Task creator
- The person who created the task always has access to view and manage it.
-

-
Users responsible for the audit object associated with the task
- If the task is linked to a specific audit object, users responsible for that object also have access to view the task.
Notes and Tips
-
Clear role assignment: Ensure that user roles are configured correctly to provide the appropriate level of access.
-
Regular access audits: Periodically review who has access to which tasks to prevent unauthorized access.
