📄️ Assigning a Report Layout
Report Layout is a setting that defines the structure and content of an audit report. Using layouts, you can configure what data will be displayed in the report after an audit is completed. Multiple layouts can be added to a single audit template, allowing the creation of various report formats tailored to different purposes or recipients.
📄️ Report Layout Types - Shared and Individual
In the AuditBLOOM system, there are two types of audit report layouts:
📄️ Add Layout
This article explains how to add a new report layout to an audit template. The layout defines the structure and content of the report generated after completing an audit.
📄️ Connect Shared Layout
This article explains how to connect a shared report layout to an audit template. Shared layouts allow you to use the same layout across multiple templates, ensuring consistency in reports and simplifying their management.
📄️ Recipients of Report Layout
Recipients of the report layout is a setting in the report layout that allows you to define additional users and user groups who will automatically receive the report after the audit is completed. You can specify particular recipients and audit objects for which they will receive reports.
📄️ Default Layout
The Default Layout is a report template that the system automatically uses for generating and distributing reports after an audit is completed. When a layout is set as the default, reports based on this layout are automatically sent to all responsible parties for the audited object without requiring additional configuration.
📄️ Layout Activity
Layout Activity determines whether a report layout will be used upon audit completion. If a layout is active, the system will process it after the audit and generate a report based on its settings, which will then be sent automatically via email.
