📄️ Schedule Activity
Schedule activity is managed using the "Inactive" checkbox in the schedule settings. This checkbox allows you to temporarily pause or resume a schedule without deleting it.
📄️ Permission to Conduct an Audit After the Deadline
The "Allow Audit After Deadline" parameter determines whether users can start or complete an audit after the specified deadline for its execution.
📄️ My Schedule
My Schedule displays audits planned for the user. The "My Schedule" section shows all overdue audits and scheduled audits for the next 8 days.
📄️ Canceling an Audit in the Schedule
Canceling an audit in the schedule allows users to cancel a scheduled audit if it cannot or will not be conducted. This ensures the relevance of the schedule and informs the schedule creator about the inability to conduct the audit.
📄️ Overdue Audits
Overdue Audits are audits whose deadlines have passed but were not started or canceled. The AuditBLOOM system includes a dedicated "Overdue Audits" tab that displays all such audits, helping to monitor and analyze uncompleted inspections.
