Task Chat is an integrated communication platform in the AuditBLOOM system that allows task participants to exchange information, discuss details, and collaborate in real-time. The chat window is displayed when viewing a task and contains all relevant audit information, as well as the ability to exchange text messages and files.

Where is the task chat located?

When viewing a task

  • Chat window: The chat window is displayed at the bottom of the task page, providing easy access for communication among participants.

Functionalities of the Task Chat

The chat shows all actions related to the task, including:

  • Task detail changes: Who and when made changes to the task description, deadline, or other parameters.
  • Task status changes: When and who changed the task status (e.g., from "In Progress" to "Completed", etc.).
  • Assignment of responsible persons: Individuals assigned responsibility for the task.
  • Adding observers: Users or groups added as observers to the task.
  • Task started: The task executor has started working on the task.
  • Task delegation: The task is transferred to another user or group.
