  • Audit Template: the name of the audit template used for the audit.
  • Question: the text of the audit question where a violation was found.
  • Answer: the auditor's response to the question.

  • Responsible for the audit object: All users assigned as responsible for the audit object have access to view the task and can add information to the chat.
