An audit-related task includes the following additional information:

  • Phrase: "Created during audit" — indicates that the task was created during the audit process.
  • "View Report" button — allows quick access to the related audit report.
  • Audit Template: the name of the audit template used for the audit.
  • Question: the text of the audit question where a violation was found.
  • Answer: the auditor's response to the question.
  • Access rights are described in the article Access to Tasks.
  • Responsible for the audit object: All users assigned as responsible for the audit object have access to view the task and can add information to the chat.
