Questions with Violations

"Questions with Violations" is a setting in the report layout that allows displaying a dedicated block in the report containing only the questions where violations were identified. This helps quickly pinpoint and analyze deficiencies.

How to Enable the Display of Questions with Violations in the Report

Requirements. You will need:

One of the roles:

  • Administrator
  • Template Management

Type of workspace:

  • Full workspace.
  1. Navigate to the Audit Template:

    • Log in to the system with the appropriate access rights.
    • Go to the "Audit Templates" section.
    • Select the desired audit template.
  2. Open the Report Layout:

    • On the "Report" tab, find the layout you want to configure.
    • Click on the layout name to open it for editing.
  3. Enable the "Questions with Violations" Checkbox:

    • In the layout settings, locate the checkbox "Questions with Violations".

    • Check the box to enable the display of the block with questions containing violations in the report.

Displaying Questions with Violations in the Report

Once the "Questions with Violations" setting is enabled, a dedicated block will appear in the report, displaying sections, categories, and questions:

  • Section: The name of the section containing the question.
  • Category: The category name within the section.
  • Question: The text of the question with the identified violation.
  • Auditor's Answer: The answer provided by the auditor during the audit.
  • Correct Answer: The reference answer considered correct.
  • Auditor's Comment: Additional remarks or explanations provided by the auditor.

This block allows users to quickly review all questions with identified violations and analyze each in detail.
