Questions with Answers
"Questions with Answers" is a setting in the report layout that allows displaying a dedicated block in the report containing all questions answered during the audit.
How to Enable the Display of Questions with Answers in the Report
Requirements. You will need:
One of the roles:
- Administrator
- Template Management
Type of workspace:
- Full workspace.

Navigate to the Audit Template:
- Log in to the system with the appropriate access rights.
- Go to the "Audit Templates" section.
- Select the desired audit template.

Open the Report Layout:
- On the "Report" tab, find the layout you want to configure.
- Click on the layout name to open it for editing.

Enable the "Questions with Answers" Checkbox:

In the layout settings, locate the checkbox "Questions with Answers".

Check the box to enable the display of the block with questions and answers in the report.

Displaying Questions with Answers in the Report
Once the "Questions with Answers" setting is enabled, a dedicated block will appear in the report containing:
- Sections: Names of audit sections.
- Categories: Names of categories within sections.
- Questions: Text of questions answered during the audit.
- Auditor’s Answer: Answers provided by the auditor during the audit.
- Auditor’s Comment: Additional remarks or explanations provided by the auditor.
Additionally, the following may be displayed:
- Scores: If the "Scores" setting is enabled, the scores obtained for each question will be shown.
- Photos: If the "Photos" setting is enabled, photos attached to the question will be displayed.
This block provides a comprehensive view of all answered questions, along with the responses and comments from the auditor.
