Dispute

"Dispute" is a setting in the report layout that determines how dispute data related to audit questions will be displayed. This allows control over where and how dispute details appear in the report.

Configuration Options

The setting offers three options:

  1. Do not display: Disputes will not be shown in the report.

  2. Display under each question: Dispute data will be displayed directly below the corresponding audit question in the report.

    • Displayed dispute data:
      • Reason for dispute: The comment provided by the user who raised the dispute.
      • Auditor’s comment: The comment provided by the auditor during the dispute review.
      • Dispute resolution: Can be "Question rating changed" or "Dispute rejected."
  3. Summarized on a separate page: Disputes will be grouped and displayed in a dedicated block on a separate page of the report.
