User Notification Settings

"User Notification Settings" is a feature in the AuditBLOOM system that allows users and administrators to configure notifications for important events. Notification settings can be adjusted in both the user’s own profile and through the user management subsystem for administrators and managers.

    • Log into the AuditBLOOM system with your "Administrator" or "User Management" roles.

  2. Select a User:

    • Go to the user list and select the user for whom you need to configure notifications.

Question: How can I configure notifications for myself?

Answer: Go to your profile, select the "Notifications" tab, enable the "Allow user notifications" option, click "Edit", configure notifications for each event, and save the changes.

Question: Why can't I change notifications for another user?

Answer: Notification settings for other users are only available to users with the "Administrator" or "User Management" roles.

Question: Can I turn off all notifications at once?

Answer: Yes, you can turn off all notifications by turning off the "Allow user notifications" toggle in the notification settings.
