Editing User Profile
In the AuditBLOOM system, users with the "Administrator" or "User Management" roles can edit user profiles. This allows keeping user information up-to-date and configuring their settings according to the organization's needs.
In the user profile, there is a "Details" tab where the main user data is displayed:
- First name
- Last name
- Phone number
- Application language
- Time zone
How to Edit a User Profile
Roles:
- Administrator
- User Management
Workplace Type:
- Full workplace
Step 1: Go to the User Profile

Log in to the AuditBLOOM system with your "Administrator" or "User Management" rights.

Go to the "Settings" section in the main menu.

Select the "Users" option.

Find the required user in the list and click on their name.
Step 2: Open the "Details" Tab

In the user profile, go to the "Details" tab.
Step 3: Click "Edit"

Click the "Edit" button located at the top of the form.

After clicking the button, the fields will become available for editing.
Step 4: Make the Necessary Changes

Edit the fields that need to be updated.
- For example, change the user's phone number or application language.
Step 5: Save Changes

After making all the necessary changes, scroll down and click the "Save" button.

Data Accuracy: Regularly update user information to ensure the system works correctly and notifications are delivered.

Communication: Updating the phone number can be useful for additional communication with the user.

Question: Can I change the user's password?
Answer: The administrator cannot directly change the user's password for security reasons. However, the user can reset their password on the login page.
