Role: Template Management

The Template Management role in the AuditBLOOM system is designed for users who are responsible for creating, editing, and deactivating audit templates. This role provides control over the standards and procedures for conducting audits, and also allows the configuration of access rights to edit templates and the rights to conduct audits on specific audit objects.

Capabilities​

  • Creating, editing, and deactivating audit templates: Developing new audit templates, updating existing ones, and deactivating outdated templates.
  • Configuring access to template editing: Defining users or groups who have the right to edit specific audit templates.
  • Configuring audit execution permissions: Assigning rights to conduct audits on specific audit objects according to the templates.
  • Creating, editing, and deactivating audit result evaluation criteria: Defining and updating criteria for evaluating the results of conducted audits.
