Role: Administrator

The Administrator role in the AuditBLOOM system is assigned to users who are responsible for full system management. Administrators have the highest level of access, allowing them to configure all aspects of the system, manage users, groups, and roles, and control security and data integrity.

Capabilities

  • Full access: Full access to all system settings, parameters, and objects.

Limitations

  • Restriction on changing portal owner: The administrator who is the portal owner (registered the portal in the system) cannot change their own rights for security purposes. These rights also cannot be changed by users with the "User Management" role.

  • System security: Administrators must adhere to best security practices, including regularly updating passwords and monitoring suspicious activity.
