When a user joins several groups, their roles are combined, determining their overall set of rights and capabilities within the system. How Role Calculation Works

Combining Roles from Groups

When a user belongs to multiple groups, all roles assigned to these groups are automatically combined. For example, if the "Managers" group has the role "Manage audit objects" and the "Auditors" group has the role "Allow task creation," a user belonging to both groups will have both roles: "Manage audit objects" and "Allow task creation."
