Basic Organization Settings

In the AuditBLOOM system, the "Organization" section allows administrators to configure basic portal parameters that affect the entire system's operation. These settings include the organization name, interface language, country, industry, date format, and first day of the week. Proper configuration of these parameters ensures the system operates in accordance with your organization's specific needs.

How to Change Basic Organization Settings​

Step 1: Open the "Organization" Section​

  1. Log in to the AuditBLOOM system with an "Administrator" account.
  2. Go to the "Settings" section in the main menu.
  3. Select the "Organization" option.

Step 2: Edit the Basic Parameters​

  1. On the "Organization" page, you will see a form with the following basic parameters:

    • Organization Name
    • Program Language
    • Country
    • Industry
    • First Day of the Week
    • Date Format

  2. Click the "Edit" button at the top of the page.

  3. Make necessary changes to the form fields:

    • Organization Name: Enter your organization's official name.
    • Program Language: Select the system interface language (e.g., Ukrainian, English).
    • Country: Specify the country where your organization is located.
    • Industry: Select the industry from the available list.
    • First Day of the Week: Set the first day of the week (Monday or Sunday).
    • Date Format: Choose the preferred date format (e.g., DD.MM.YYYY).

Step 3: Save Changes​

  1. After making changes, scroll down and click the "Save" button.
