Viewing Connected Mobile Devices

In the AuditBLOOM mobile app, viewing the list of connected mobile devices is not available.
This functionality is provided only in the web version of the system.

This approach is used for security reasons and centralized access control.

Where to View Connected Devices​

Connected mobile devices can be viewed in the AuditBLOOM web version:

  1. Sign in to the system via a browser.
  2. Go to the user profile.
  3. Open the Mobile Devices section.
  4. Review the list of mobile devices connected to your account.

The list displays:

  • device type (iOS / Android)
  • connection date
  • last sign-in

Why This Is Important​

Managing connected devices allows you to:

  • prevent unauthorized access
  • track active mobile sessions
  • control the allowed number of devices
  • promptly remove old or lost devices

Important to Know​

Please Note
  • Each user is allowed no more than 2 active mobile devices.
  • Viewing and managing devices is not possible in the mobile app.
  • Removing an old device is also performed only via the web version.
