Mobile Device Limitations
To enhance security, protect user accounts, and control access to data, the AuditBLOOM mobile app enforces a limit on the number of mobile devices connected to a single user account.
Main Rule
🔐 Each user is allowed to have no more than 2 active mobile devices.
A mobile device refers to:
- a smartphone or tablet
- with the AuditBLOOM app installed
- signed in using your user account
Why This Limitation Exists
The device limit helps to:
- prevent unauthorized access to audits
- reduce the risk of data leaks
- control account usage
- ensure correct operation of push notifications and offline audits
What Happens If the Limit Is Exceeded
If you try to sign in from a third device, the system will:
- block the sign-in
- notify you that the device limit has been exceeded
- prompt you to remove one of the previously connected devices
⚠️ Device removal is performed only in the web version of the system by an administrator or the workspace owner.
Important to Know
- An old device can be removed no more than once per month
- Removing a device automatically:
- revokes access for that device
- stops push notifications to it
- disables offline audit functionality on that device
Where to Manage Connected Devices
Device management is available only in the AuditBLOOM web version:
- view the list of connected devices
- remove an old or lost device
Recommendations
Tips
- Use the mobile app only on personal devices
