What You Can Do in the Mobile App

The AuditBLOOM mobile app is designed for users’ day-to-day work with audits, tasks, and schedules without the need for constant access to the web version. It combines the convenience of a mobile interface with the system’s core capabilities, with a strong focus on conducting audits in the field, including offline mode.

Below are the main features of the mobile app.

Working with Audits

In the mobile app, you can:

  • view current audits that have already been prepared or are in progress;
  • prepare an audit for execution (download all required data to the device);
  • conduct audits offline, without internet access;
  • work with the audit checklist:
    • answer questions;
    • add comments;
    • take photos as evidence;
  • complete an audit after finishing all questions;
  • synchronize audit results with the server once an internet connection becomes available.

⚠️ Conducting an audit is the only function available in offline mode.

Preparing and Starting an Audit

An audit in the mobile app can be prepared and started:

  • from the schedule — if the audit is planned for a specific date;
  • from an audit template — for unscheduled or one-time inspections.

Audit preparation allows you to download all the data required to conduct the audit without internet access in advance.

Reviewing Audit Results

After completing an audit, the user can:

  • review the results of the completed audit;
  • view problematic questions;
  • add photo evidence during the review stage;
  • open a dispute for specific questions if there is disagreement with the auditor’s assessments.

Audit review and dispute-related actions work only online.

Dispute Review

In the mobile app, you can:

  • view audits that are in the dispute review stage;
  • reassess questions if necessary;
  • add comments as part of the dispute review.

All actions related to dispute review are performed only when an internet connection is available.

Working with Tasks

The mobile app allows you to:

  • create new tasks;
  • change task statuses;
  • communicate with task participants;
  • view active tasks;
  • view completed tasks.

Working with the Audit Schedule

In the “Schedule” section, a unified list of planned audits is available:

  • overdue audits;
  • audits scheduled for today;
  • audits planned for the next 7 days.

This section provides a complete overview of upcoming audits and complements the “To Do” block in the “Home” section.

Notifications and Communication

In the mobile app, you can:

  • receive push notifications;
  • view in-app notifications via the bell icon in the top bar;
  • receive email notifications (depending on settings);
  • contact customer support:
    • view the list of support requests;
    • communicate within each request.

Profile Management

The user can:

  • view and edit profile details (first name, last name, and other data);
  • configure notification preferences.

Restrictions and Security

The mobile app operates with the following security restrictions:

  • each user may use no more than 2 mobile devices;
  • removing an old device is allowed no more than once per month;
  • connected device management is performed in the web version of the system.

The AuditBLOOM mobile app is a tool for:

  • efficient work with audits;
  • conducting audits in any conditions;
  • interacting with audit results and disputes;
  • controlling tasks and schedules;
