Audit Execution History

Audit Status History allows tracking changes in an audit's statuses throughout its lifecycle. This feature is useful for understanding the chronology of events related to an audit and monitoring its progress and completion.

Viewing the Status History

Requirements. You will need:

One of the following roles:

  • Administrator
  • Audit Management
  • View All Audits
  • or specific access to view the audit

Workspace Type:

  • Full workspace

Step 1: Navigate to the Audit List

  1. Log in to the system with your account.
  2. In the main menu, select the "Audits" section.
  3. Open the tab "Active" or "Archived", depending on the audit's status.

Step 2: Open the Audit Execution History

  1. In the right column of the list, click the "Actions" button (represented by three dots) next to the desired audit.
  2. From the actions menu, select "View Execution History".

Step 3: Review the Status History

  • In the window that opens, the history of status changes is displayed, including the date, time, and the user who made the change.

  • This information allows you to track who performed specific actions on the audit and when.
