In Progress
The "In Progress" status indicates that the auditor has started the audit but has not yet completed it. In this status, the auditor works on filling out questions, adding comments and photos, but the audit is not yet ready for final submission and closure.
Characteristics of the "In Progress" Status
- Working on the Audit: The auditor can add and edit answers to questions, upload photos, and include comments.
- Progress Saving: Progress can be saved to resume work later.
- Accessibility: Audits with the "In Progress" status are displayed in the "Active" tab under the "Audits" menu.
Next Steps
Once the auditor completes filling out the audit questions, the process moves to the next stage, with two possible status outcomes:
-
Awaiting Review: If the "Allow Dispute" option is enabled in the audit template and there are questions with violations, the audit transitions to the "Awaiting Review" status. This allows interested parties to review and, if necessary, challenge the audit results by opening a dispute.
-
Closed: If the dispute option is disabled or there are no questions with violations, the audit automatically transitions to the "Closed" status, indicating the audit is completed and all results are finalized.
