Awaiting Review

The "Awaiting Review" status indicates that the audit has been completed by the auditor, but the person responsible for the object has not yet reviewed the audit results. This status is applicable only if the "Allow Dispute" setting is enabled in the audit template and there are questions with violations in the audit.

Characteristics of the "Awaiting Review" Status​

  • Reviewing Results: The responsible person must review the audit report and decide on the questions with violations.
  • Dispute Option: If the responsible person disagrees with the auditor's evaluations, they can initiate a dispute for specific questions.
  • Accessibility: Audits with the "Awaiting Review" status are displayed in the "Active" tab under the "Audits" menu.

Next Steps​

  • Agreeing to Results: If the responsible person agrees with all evaluations, after their review, the audit will automatically transition to the "Closed" status.
  • Initiating a Dispute: If there is disagreement with the evaluations, the responsible person initiates a dispute, and the audit transitions to the "Under Dispute" status.
