Under Dispute

The "Under Dispute" status indicates that the person responsible for the object disagrees with the auditor's decisions on certain issues and has initiated a dispute. In this status, the auditor and the responsible person discuss the disputed issues to reach an agreement.

Characteristics of the "Under Dispute" Status

  • Dispute Review: The auditor reviews the arguments and evidence provided by the responsible person.
  • Possible Actions by the Auditor:
    • Modify Evaluation: If the auditor agrees with the arguments, they can modify the evaluation of the issue.
    • Reject the Dispute: If the auditor disagrees, they can reject the dispute, leaving the evaluation unchanged.
  • Accessibility: Audits with the "Under Dispute" status are displayed in the "Active" tab under the "Audits" menu.

Next Steps

  • Dispute Resolution: Once all disputes are resolved, the audit transitions to the "Closed" status.
