Archived

The "Archived" status is used for audits that have been completed and no longer require attention. This helps maintain organization in the active audits list by moving completed audits to the archive.

Characteristics of the "Archived" Status

  • History Preservation: The audit remains accessible for viewing and analysis but is not displayed among active audits.
  • Accessibility: Audits with the "Archived" status are shown in the "Archived" tab under the "Audits" menu.
  • Restoration Option: If needed, the audit can be restored to its previous status.

Next Steps

  • Restoring an Audit: If you need to return an audit to the active list, click the "Restore Status" button, and the audit will revert to its previous status.
