This article outlines the process of adding a new question to an audit template. Questions are the primary elements used for gathering information and evaluation during an audit. You can add questions directly to a section or within a category. When adding a question, you select an answer type, and each answer type has its own specific settings.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Accessing the Audit Template Editor:

  1. Log in to the system and go to the "Audit Templates" section.
  2. Select the template where you want to add a question and open it for editing.

Choosing the Location to Add the Question:

  1. Find the section or category where you want to add the question.
    • If adding a question directly to a section, ensure you are in the desired section.
    • If adding a question to a category, open the appropriate category.

Adding a New Question:

  1. Click the "Add Question" button:

  2. Select the answer type:
    • Click on the "Answer Type" field and choose an answer type from the list (e.g., text, number, dropdown, photo, etc.).
  3. Configure question parameters:
    • Question text: Enter the formulation of the question.
    • Correct answer: If needed, set the correct answer for automatic evaluation.
    • Points: Specify the number of points to be awarded based on the response.
    • Mandatory: Set whether the question is mandatory to fill out.
    • Criticality: Mark the question as critical if necessary.
    • Additional settings: Configure specific parameters for the selected answer type (e.g., response options for a dropdown list).
  4. Save the question:
    • The question and audit template are saved automatically.

  • Order of questions: You can rearrange questions by dragging them within the list. Questions can also be dragged from one category to another.
  • Publish changes: After editing the template, remember to publish it for the changes to take effect immediately.
