Notes and Tips

Notes and Tips
  • Data precision: Specify measurement units in the question text to ensure auditors input values in the correct format.
  • Use correct answers: Set a correct answer with the appropriate comparison type.
  • Range checks: For parameters that must fall within a specific range, use the "Between" or "Not between" comparison types.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Question: Can I set an acceptable range of values for a numerical question?
Answer: Yes, you can use the "Between" or "Not between" comparison types and specify minimum and maximum values to define the acceptable range.

Question: What happens if the auditor enters a value outside the defined range?
Answer: If a correct answer with a comparison type is set, and the entered value does not meet the conditions, the question will be marked as non-compliant.

Question: Can decimal numbers be used?
