One-Time

The "One-Time" periodicity type is used to schedule an audit that is planned to occur only once within a specific time frame. This is suitable for one-time or special audits that do not require regular repetition.

Configuring the "One-Time" Type in the Schedule

Requirements. You will need:

One of the roles:

  • Administrator
  • Schedule Management

Type of workspace:

  • Full workspace.

Step 1: Select the "One-Time" Periodicity Type

When creating or editing a schedule:

  1. In the field "Schedule Type", select the "One-Time" option from the list of available periodicity types.

Step 2: Specify the Audit Date and Time

  1. Start Date and Time:

    • Click on the "Start Date and Time" field and choose the desired date and time when the audit should begin.

      Example: 12.11.2024 18:00:00

  2. End Date and Time:

    • Click on the "End Date and Time" field and set the date and time by which the audit must be completed.

      Example: 13.11.2024 18:00:00

Step 3: Save Changes

  • Click the button "Save" to save the schedule.
