Permission to Conduct an Audit After the Deadline
The "Allow Audit After Deadline" parameter determines whether users can start or complete an audit after the specified deadline for its execution.
- If the checkbox is enabled:
- Users can start and complete an audit even after the deadline specified in the schedule.
- If the checkbox is disabled:
- Users cannot start a new audit after the deadline.
- If the audit was started before the deadline, users can still complete it.
How to Configure Permission to Conduct an Audit After the Deadline
Requirements. You will need:
One of the roles:
- Administrator
- Schedule Management
Type of workspace:
- Full workspace.
Step 1: Open the Schedule for Editing
- Log into the system with the appropriate access rights.
- Go to the Audit Scheduler - Menu "Planning" -> "Audit Planning".
- Find the schedule where you want to change the parameter.
- Click on the schedule name or the edit button to open its settings.
Step 2: Change the "Allow Audit After Deadline" Checkbox

To allow conducting an audit after the deadline:
- Enable the checkbox "Allow Audit After Deadline".

To restrict conducting an audit after the deadline:

Disable the checkbox "Allow Audit After Deadline".

Step 3: Save Changes
- Click the "Save" button to save the changes in the schedule.
