Assigning Audit Object Types
Audit Object Types is a directory in the AuditBLOOM system used to classify and organize audit objects. The audit object type indicates the category or group to which a specific object belongs, helping to better understand its purpose and properties.
The "Audit Object Types" directory is located in the "Directories" → "Audit Object Types" menu.
The directory contains three main fields for each audit object type:
- Name: The name of the audit object type.
- Inactive: A checkbox that indicates whether the type is active. If checked, the type is considered inactive and is not used.
- Description: Additional information or explanations about the audit object type.
The audit object type is specified when creating or editing an audit object and helps classify it for further use in audits and reports.
