Communication Within a Support Request
Within each support request, the user can view the request status, exchange messages, and attach files to clarify an issue or question.
Working with support requests is available only in online mode.
Adding Comments
Each request includes a conversation thread with the support team.
The user can:
- add a new comment
- view replies from the support team
- continue the discussion until the request is closed
All messages are displayed in chronological order.
Attaching Files
If needed, you can attach files to a support request, such as:
- screenshots
- photos
- other materials that help clarify the situation
Files are uploaded immediately after being added and become available to the support team.
