Push Notifications
Push notifications are the primary channel for promptly informing users about events in the AuditBLOOM system without the need to open the app.
Permission to Receive Push Notifications
After the first sign-in to the app, the system automatically requests permission to send push notifications.
For the app to work correctly, it is recommended to grant permission for push notifications.
Events Sent via Push Notifications
Push notifications may be sent for events such as:
- new or scheduled audits
- audit status changes
- opening or review of disputes
- new tasks
- important system events
Navigating from a Notification
Each push notification may be linked to a specific object in the system.
When you tap a push notification:
- the app opens
- you are taken directly to the related object (audit, task, dispute, etc.)
This allows you to respond quickly to events without manually searching within the app.
