Notification Types in the App
The AuditBLOOM mobile app provides multiple notification channels to ensure users do not miss important events.
Notification channels can be configured in the user profile settings.
Push Notifications
Push notifications are delivered directly to the mobile device:
- new audits
- status changes
- tasks and disputes
- other events
To receive push notifications, you must grant permission after signing in to the app.
In-App Notifications (Bell)
The app’s top bar includes a notification bell that displays all in-app notifications:
- new audits
- status changes
- tasks and disputes
- other events
This channel works only in online mode.
Email Notifications
Email notifications are sent to the user’s email address:
- as an additional notification channel
- for important events
- depending on profile settings
Important
The same type of event may be delivered through multiple channels simultaneously, depending on the user’s notification settings.
