Email Notifications

Email notifications are an additional communication channel that allows users to receive messages about important events in the AuditBLOOM system via email.

Sending email notifications depends on the user’s profile settings.

What Is Sent via Email​

Emails may include notifications about:

  • changes in audit statuses
  • opening or review of disputes
  • new or updated tasks
  • other important events

Email notifications may contain active links associated with specific objects in the system.

When you click a link in an email:

  • the mobile app opens automatically
  • you are taken directly to the related object (audit, task, dispute, etc.)

This allows you to quickly proceed to the required action without manually searching within the app.

Important
  • For correct navigation from email, the mobile app must be installed on the device and the user must be authenticated.
  • The email notification channel can be disabled or configured in the user profile settings.
