Internet Connection Requirements

The AuditBLOOM mobile app operates primarily in online mode with support for partial offline functionality. For proper use, it is important to understand when an internet connection is mandatory and when it is not.

When Internet Access Is Required​

An internet connection is required in all cases, except for directly conducting an audit that has already been prepared.

Internet access is required for:

  • signing in to the app
  • downloading data after login
  • viewing lists of audits, tasks, and schedules
  • preparing an audit for offline execution
  • audit review
  • dispute review
  • working with tasks
  • receiving push, in-app, and email notifications
  • accessing customer support
  • synchronizing completed audit results
Important

Without an internet connection, signing in to the app is not possible.

When the App Can Work Without Internet​

Offline mode is supported for only one scenario:

  • conducting an audit that was prepared in advance while online

In this mode, you can:

  • go through the checklist
  • answer questions
  • add comments
  • take and save photos
Offline Mode Limitations

In offline mode, it is not possible to:

  • prepare a new audit
  • modify templates
  • view results of other audits
  • open or review disputes
  • work with tasks

App Behavior Without Internet​

If there is no internet connection:

  • the app will not allow sign-in if you are not already authenticated
  • if you are already in the app:
    • only locally saved prepared audits remain accessible
    • the interface indicates that the app is operating offline
  • all actions that require server interaction will be unavailable or postponed

Restoring the Connection​

Once an internet connection becomes available:

  • the app automatically attempts to synchronize completed audits
  • photos are uploaded first
  • audit data is transferred afterward
  • after successful synchronization, the audit disappears from the current list

Recommendations​

Recommendations
  • Before going to a site, always prepare the audit online
  • Make sure the audit is fully downloaded to the app
  • After completing an audit, connect to the internet as soon as possible to synchronize
