Dispute Review

Dispute review is the stage at which the auditor re-analyzes problematic questions for which a dispute was opened and makes a final decision regarding the assessment.

Dispute review works only in online mode.

What the Auditor Can Do

During dispute review, the auditor can:

  • review arguments and photo evidence
  • keep the current assessment unchanged
  • reassess the question
  • add a comment explaining the decision

Question Reassessment

If the arguments provided in the dispute are justified, the auditor may change the question’s assessment.
