Synchronization

Synchronization is an automatic process of transferring the results of a completed audit from the mobile device to the server after the audit is finished.

Synchronization occurs only when an internet connection is available.

How Synchronization Works​

After an audit is completed, the system:

  1. Automatically starts synchronization
  2. First uploads all photos
  3. Then transfers the audit data itself
  4. After a successful upload:
    • the audit disappears from the list of current audits
    • the audit moves to the next status

Synchronization is triggered automatically every minute until all data has been successfully transferred.

Important Considerations​

Important
  • You must wait until synchronization is fully completed
  • Do not close the app until the audit is fully synchronized
  • With an unstable internet connection, the system will continue retrying automatically

If There Is No Internet Connection​

  • the audit will remain in the current audits list
  • all data is safely stored on the device
  • synchronization will start automatically once the internet connection is available

Result of Successful Synchronization​

After successful synchronization:

  • the audit is no longer shown as current
  • the results are available in other sections of the app
  • the data is fully saved on the server
Tip

After completing an audit, always make sure that synchronization has finished successfully before closing the app.
