Audit Preparation

Audit preparation is a preliminary stage that allows you to download all the necessary data to a mobile device in order to conduct an audit in offline mode.

During preparation, the checklist, audit structure, and related system information are downloaded to the device.

Why Preparation Is Needed​

Audit preparation is required if:

  • the audit is planned to be conducted without internet access
  • the internet connection is unstable or unavailable
  • you need to prepare several audits in advance

Without preparation, offline audit execution is not possible.

Where You Can Prepare an Audit​

Audit preparation can be performed:

  • from a template — via the “Templates” tab in the “Home” section
  • from the schedule — via the “To Do” tab or the “Schedule” section

In both cases, the preparation logic is the same.

What Happens After Preparation​

After successful preparation:

  • the audit appears in the list of current audits
  • it can be opened and conducted offline
  • all results will be synchronized once an internet connection is available

Audit preparation requires an internet connection and is performed only once before conducting the audit.
