Audits in Progress

Audits in progress is a section that displays all audits the user is currently working on or plans to work on in the near future.
It includes both prepared audits and audits that are currently being performed.

This section is available in the “Audits” tab of the mobile app.

Which Audits Are Displayed Here​

This list may include:

  • Prepared audits
    Audits that have been downloaded to the device for later execution, including offline work

  • Audits in progress
    Audits whose execution has already started but has not yet been completed

  • Audits awaiting synchronization
    For example, when an audit was completed offline but has not yet been sent to the server

Purpose of This Section​

The “In Progress” section allows you to:

  • quickly find an audit you worked on earlier
  • continue performing an audit from where you left off
  • track the status of current audits
  • check which audits are not yet completed or synchronized

Available Actions with an Audit​

Depending on the audit state, you can:

  • Open an audit and continue its execution
  • View the checklist and already completed answers
  • Add comments or photos if the audit has not yet been completed
  • Complete the audit once all questions have been addressed

Online and Offline​

Important
  • Performing an audit can be done offline
  • Status changes, synchronization, and further audit processing require an internet connection

What Happens After Completing an Audit​

After completion and successful synchronization:

  • the audit disappears from the “In Progress” section
  • the audit moves to the next logical stage:
    • “Audit Review”, if a review stage is предусмотрено
    • or “Completed”, if no further actions are required

It is recommended to periodically check this section to ensure that all offline audits have been successfully synchronized.
