Dispute

The “Dispute” section contains audits for which a dispute was opened during the audit review stage and which are awaiting review by the auditor.

⚠️ Working with disputes is available only in online mode.

What the “Dispute” Status Means

An audit appears in this section if:

  • the audit template settings allow the use of disputes
  • the audit has already been performed
  • the responsible person has reviewed the results
  • a dispute was opened for one or more problematic questions
  • the audit was sent to the auditor for review

In this status:

  • the audit is locked for editing
  • an auditor’s decision is expected
  • the results can be viewed, but not changed by the user

More details about the purpose of disputes are described in the
Dispute section.

What You Can Do in This Section

In the mobile app, with the “Dispute” status, you can:

  • view the list of audits awaiting review
  • open an audit for viewing
  • review:
    • problematic questions
    • dispute comments
    • attached photo evidence
  • reassess questions
  • provide your own comment

What You Cannot Do

In the “Dispute” status in the mobile app, it is not possible to:

  • change answers to questions (only provide a new assessment)
  • add new disputes
  • edit comments or photos
  • complete the audit

All these actions are performed by the auditor during dispute review.

  1. Open the “Audits” tab in the bottom menu
  2. Go to the “Dispute” list
  3. Select the required audit from the list

Further Audit Lifecycle

After the dispute is reviewed by the auditor, two outcomes are possible:

  • Scores are changed → the audit moves to the “Completed” status
  • Scores remain unchanged → the audit also moves to the “Completed” status

In any case, the audit will no longer be available for editing.
