Archived Audits
Archived audits are audits that are no longer part of active processes and have been moved to the archive for history preservation and future reference.
The archive helps keep audit results without overloading the main lists and provides quick access to historical data when needed.
What Goes to the Archive
The following audits can be moved to the archive:
- Completed audits that no longer require any actions
- Audits stored for history or reporting purposes
Moving audits to the archive is performed in the web version.
Where to Find Archived Audits
- Open the “Audits” section in the bottom menu of the app
- Go to the “Archived” tab
This list displays all audits that have been moved to the archive.
Available Features in the Archive
For archived audits, the following is available:
- viewing the overall result
- information about audit dates and participants
- audit object
- auditor
- audit start and end dates
- duration
- the ability to send the audit report by email according to the selected layout
Important
Archived audits are available for viewing only.
Editing, opening disputes, or re-running audits from the mobile app is not available.
Online Requirements
- Viewing archived audits works only in online mode
- Without an internet connection, the archive will be unavailable
