What Is Audit Review
Audit Review is a separate stage that takes place after an audit is completed. During this stage, the responsible person reviews the audit results and, if necessary, can open a dispute regarding problematic questions.
This stage works only in online mode.
When Audit Review Occurs
The audit review stage is created automatically if all of the following conditions are met at the same time:
- the checklist settings have the option
“Allow opening disputes” enabled - questions with violations were recorded during the audit
- the audit was completed and successfully synchronized with the server
In this case, after data synchronization, the audit automatically moves to the
“Audit Review” status.
What Happens at This Stage
During the review stage, the responsible person can:
- review the audit results
- view only questions with violations
- read the auditor’s comments and view photos
- open a dispute for specific questions
- complete the review stage
Audit Review Limitations
Important
- audit review is not available without an internet connection
- changing the auditor’s answers is not allowed
- opening a dispute is possible only if allowed by the template
- if there are no violations, the review stage is not created
Next Steps
After completing the review:
- if no disputes were opened, the audit moves to the “Completed” status
- if a dispute was opened, the audit moves to the “Dispute” status and awaits review by the auditor
This stage is a key mechanism for ensuring transparency and objectivity of audit results.
