Completed Tasks

"Completed Tasks" is a dashboard element in the AuditBLOOM system that allows users to quickly assess the number of completed and canceled tasks over a selected period. This widget helps track team productivity and the efficiency of task completion within the set deadlines.

Note

Each user only sees tasks they have access to according to the system settings.

Available Periods​

  • Last 7 days
  • Last 30 days

Displayed Information​

  • Number of Completed Tasks: The total number of tasks completed in the selected period.
    • Example: 5 (+5) — this means 5 tasks were completed in the selected period, which is 5 more than in the previous period.
  • Number of Canceled Tasks: The total number of tasks canceled in the selected period.
    • Example: 1 (+1) — this means 1 task was canceled in the selected period, which is 1 more than in the previous period.

The values in parentheses indicate the increase or decrease compared to the previous similar period.

Answer: Changes are shown in parentheses next to the main metric. A positive value indicates an increase, while a negative value indicates a decrease.

Question: Are violation tasks included in this widget?

Answer: Yes, the widget displays all tasks that you have access to, including tasks related to violations.
