Workplace Types and Their Differences
In the AuditBLOOM system, there are two types of workplaces: Full Workplace and Simplified Workplace. Each type has its own characteristics and is designed to meet the different needs of organizations, providing flexibility in system usage according to user roles and responsibilities.
Workplace Types
Full Workplace
The Full Workplace provides the user with access to all features of the AuditBLOOM system according to the roles assigned. This is the ideal choice for users who are responsible for comprehensive audit, task, and report management.
Simplified Workplace
The Simplified Workplace has limited access to the features of the AuditBLOOM system and is intended for users who perform specific tasks without the need for full access to all system functions.
Differences from the Full Workplace
-
Conducting Audits:
- Annual payment: Up to 12 audits per year.
- Monthly payment: 1 audit per month.
- The number of audits resets upon plan renewal.
-
Creating Tasks:
- The ability to create tasks is available only if the user has the "Allow task creation" role.
-
Participation in Tasks and Task Completion:
- Users can participate in task execution, submit them for review, or complete them.
-
Generating Audit Reports:
- Access to generate audit reports according to the assigned access rights.
-
Automated Tasks, Reports, Directories, Settings, Audit Scheduling:
- Simplified workplaces do not have access to these subsystems and some specialized features.
Notes
- Resource Optimization: Using simplified workplaces allows for effective resource distribution, granting users access only to the necessary features.
- Management Flexibility: The ability to combine different workplace types based on user roles and responsibilities increases system efficiency. The simplified workplace is more suitable for support staff, enabling them to participate in tasks and conduct audits once a month.
