Subscription Periodicity of the Pricing Plan

In the AuditBLOOM system, there are two subscription periodicities available: monthly and annual. Each option has its own advantages and allows you to choose the optimal payment method according to your organization's needs.

Types of Subscription Periodicity

Monthly

  • Subscription Term: The subscription renews monthly.
  • Flexibility: You can change the pricing plan or cancel the subscription every month.
  • No Long-Term Commitment: Ideal for organizations that require short-term use of the system or want to try the functionality before committing to a long-term subscription.

Annual

  • Subscription Term: The subscription renews annually.
  • Savings: An annual plan offers a discount of approximately 17% off the total cost compared to the monthly plan.
  • Stability: Ensures uninterrupted access to the system for the entire year without the need for monthly renewals.
  • Budget Planning: Allows you to plan financial expenditures for the year ahead more accurately.

Benefits of the Annual Subscription

  • 17% Discount: Significant savings compared to the monthly plan.
  • Less Administrative Work: No need to renew the subscription monthly or enter payment details.

Important Information

  • Automatic Renewal: The subscription will automatically renew at the end of the term unless canceled.
  • Portal Deletion: If the portal owner does not switch to a paid plan after the trial period ends, the portal will be deleted within 30 days with no recovery option. If you have a Prof or Corp plan, and there is no payment needed for the plan renewal within 90 days, your portal will be deleted.

Answer: Yes, you can change the subscription from monthly to annual either by yourself or by contacting support. Changing from annual to monthly can only be done through support.


Question: Do I need payment details for both monthly and annual subscriptions?

Answer: Not necessarily. The system will automatically activate or renew your pricing plan once payment is received.


Question: Can I cancel my annual subscription before the end of the term?

Answer: You can cancel the renewal of the subscription. The previously paid annual subscription will remain valid until the end of the term.


Question: Can I get a discount when switching from the monthly plan to the annual plan?

Answer: Yes, when switching to the annual plan, you will receive a discount of approximately 17% off the total cost compared to the monthly subscription.
