Checklist Items Where Rule Will Apply
Checklist items where the rule will apply is a setting in the automated task that allows you to specify the particular audit template questions, where, when violations are detected, the system will automatically create a task. This provides flexibility and accuracy in determining which violations should trigger automated task creation.
When selecting or changing an audit template in the automated task, the system will display a list of questions for this template on the right-hand side in a tree format. The questions are organized into sections and categories, which makes it easier to navigate and choose the necessary items.
Note: Tasks will only be created for questions with the following answer types:
- Dropdown List
- Number
- Slider
- Flag
Questions with other types of answers are not supported.
