Inactive Audit Objects

Learn how to work with inactive audit objects and how to display them in the system.

Requirements. You will need:

One of the roles:

  • Administrator
  • Audit Objects Management

Type of workspace:

  • Full workspace.

Step-by-Step Guide

Opening the Audit Objects Section:

Go to the "Directories" menu and select "Objects".

Setting the "Inactive" Status:

  • Select an audit object and open it.
  • Go to the "Details" tab.
  • Click the "Edit" button.
  • Check or uncheck the "Inactive" box.
  • Click the "Save" button.

Displaying Inactive Objects:

By default, inactive objects are not displayed.
To view them, enable the "Show Inactive" checkbox.
Inactive objects will appear in red.

Notes and Tips
  • Use the "Inactive" status for objects that no longer require audits. This helps maintain historical records without deleting the object.
